Letter Of Offer
The first step is the Issuance of the Offer letter. Prospective students should submit the following document for the consideration of AVIS and the awarding body.
- A scanned copy of their passport, including the pages with personal information.
- A completed Course Application Form.
- Scanned copies of all educational documents, with all four borders clearly visible.
The offer letter from AVIS will be granted to students who fulfil the entry requirements set by the awarding partner.
To secure a visa, the student must sign the acceptance letter and provide the following visa application materials:
- A completed Visa Application Form (Form Application to Enter Mauritius), which should include the landlord’s full contact information and the property address where the student will reside after arrival.
- A non-refundable application fee of USD 250.00.
- Original copies of a 6-month-old bank transaction statement and bank balance certificate featuring the name, signature, and designation of an authorized bank official (to be sent by courier). Only funds under the names of the student’s parents, with a minimum balance of INR 8 lakhs, are accepted.
- An original copy of the sponsorship affidavit, along with a self-attested color copy (to be sent by courier).
- Computerized medical reports for H.I.V., Hepatitis-B, and Tuberculosis (handwritten reports are not accepted). All medical reports should be sent by courier to Mauritius, except for the Chest X-ray film, which should be carried after visa approval. Reports should match the name on the passport.
- A passport-sized digital photograph in 600DPI JPEG format (3.5 C.M. X 4.5 C.M, white background, light shirt, 80% face showing, no border, no cap or glasses).
- A marriage certificate if applicable.
- A birth certificate or affidavit of birth.
Provisional Student Entry Visa:
For successful applications, the P.I.O. will issue the Provisional Student Entry Visa (valid for 3 months) within two weeks. Some cases may take a longer time to process. A reference copy of the permit will be sent to the student by email.
Course Fee Payment & Arrival
1. Pay the tuition fee to the designated bank account instructed in the offer letter.
2. Book a Ticket to Mauritius to fly before the expiring Visa (Genuine Return Ticket is Required for Immigration clearance in Mauritius with a single PNR).
3. Kindly notify the Institute with your flight information, including the flight number, airline, and expected arrival time, at least 24 hours in advance to arrange airport transportation. Our van will be waiting for you at the airport upon your arrival.
Completion Of Formalities To Collect Residence Permit
Report to the Institute to complete the formalities for collection of residence permit.
